Cleaning Process

1. Determine whether it will be necessary to apply stripper or brightener.

Using Stripper

1. Apply stripper to remove previous sealers or stains.
2. Power wash the surface.
3. Apply brightener to neutralize the chemicals from the stripper
4. Power wash again to rinse.

Brightener Only

1. Apply brightener to remove mildew, mold, fungus, eliminate dirt and degraded gray wood fibers.
2. Power wash the surface

Finish Process

1. Sand flat areas if necessary

1. Clear Seal
2. Seal w/toner
3. semi transparent stain
4. solid stain
